How I Discovered Plant Magic

I went from focusing solely on food, 
to understanding the impact of our entire environment

As a Natural Chef, I spent years focusing on healthy eating, spreading the word about sugar and all the things that can harm our bodies through our dieting habits.

What I came to realise is that improving my lifestyle had to be a combined effort, bringing the power of plants together with moving my body, which has always been a big part of my life. I also realised that managing sleep and stress, as well as getting rid of toxins from my home and self-care products, all play a big part in being healthy and happy. Food alone is not the answer.

A lot of you know I suffered from chronic insomnia for years and nothing seemed to help. Some natural remedies helped more than others but nothing was consistent or potent enough to help me with my sleep. That is until doTERRA essential oils found me. Since then, I have successfully used the magic of plants, thanks to doTERRA essential oils, to help me with all of these things. 

In our home, doTERRA essential oils provide my family safe and natural alternatives to modern remedies. I love to clean my entire home without any toxic chemicals that can be harmful to our bodies. I also love how I know exactly what ingredients go into my skincare.
